From M4 West:

Off at M4 junction 41, take 2nd exit off roundabout and up over flyover, take last exit (4th) off roundabout towards Aberavon Beach, take 1st exit off mini roundabout and then an immediate left turn and we are on the left opposite McDonalds.

From M4 East:

Off at M4 junction 40, take 1st exit off roundabout, follow road up to traffic lights and turn right at lights, follow road through past train station and up over flyover, take 2nd exit off roundabout towards Aberavon Beach, take 1st exit off mini roundabout and then an immediate left turn and we are on the left opposite McDonalds.
